Seva Sahayog - Waari Sanitation Project - Volunteering Opportunity this weekend

via: Seva Sahayog    Dear Seva Sahayogi, As we had discussed last time, Seva Sahayog has participated in Wari Sanitation drive as an experiment at 2 places and it was a huge success. 200 Toilets each were erected at Loni and Yavat and the result was very positive and was taken well by Villegers as well as Warkari. There are news coming from all sects to underline need of this drive at all 18 places where Wari halts. This is a good volunteering opportunity where volunteers will be just requesting all Warkaris to use the facility. There are agencies appointed for cleaning up of toilets & Volunteer has to supervise the activity that’s it !! Logistics & food arrangements will be done by Seva Sahayog. Please send your nominations latest by 25 July 2015, Saturday by 10 am at rachana@sevasahayog.com The plan is, 1) Start from Pune through some transport arranged by Seva Sahayog ( bus / cars) on Sunday early morning ( 4:00 AM IST) or Saturday late night 2) We will be in Pandharpur on 26th 3) Request warkari’s to use toilets, awareness drive, canvassing the toilet set up there. 4) Return back Sunday night to Pune. 5) Few members are planning to stay back in Pandharpur for Monday & Tuesday we are in process of making arrangements.
