Basic Training Course for NGOs/ Voluntary Organizations initiated  by Rashtriya Sewa Bharati

Rashtriya Sewa Bharati is an Umbrella Organisation which co-ordinates  the efforts of voluntary organizations working relentlessly for the upliftment of the  downtrodden masses helping them in education, health etc and empower them to be self reliant and become good citizens of India.

Many VOs/ NGOs from south to north & east to west of this country have requested us to impart the knowhow of running the projects, managing the office, maintaining books of accounts, writing proposals etc in an efficient way. Some of the enthusiastic youth from various places, who are yearning to serve the society, have asked us for basics of the voluntary organizations, to start their own VOs.

Some of the umbrella organizations as well as training centers are already doing yeomen service by imparting training to VOs in each & every aspect. This is our effort to supplement their efforts.

Rashtriya Sewa Bharati started imparting basic training in 2012, state wise in their state capitals in 12 states and more than 800 VOs participated for 2 day each.

Basing on our experience, we have published a work book on the basic training course, furnishing only points of power point presentation in English & Hindi. The manual narrating the same is yet to be published. Of the 12 subjects in the course, we have given here first one, to start with on “ Training”  and each Saturday we will be giving one subject for the benefit of our affiliated organizations and other voluntary organizations of this country. Kindly go through the same and implement the same in your organization.

Here and there some amendments may be there, which kindly bear with us.
