Dear Sir,
We are proud to have your organization in our affiliated list and yours is one of the 435 strong organizations affiliated so far and this year we are going to achieve much more affiliations.
While we are progressing fast in our endeavour , as you know we have started publication of Sewa Sagar-quarterly bulletin apart from Sewa Sadhna, Sewa Kunj, Sewa Katha being published annually. We have started research in the field of service activities, evaluation of VOs etc.
The training programmes are conducted, covering northern, southern and western states. Further we have planned trainings in other centres as well.
As the activities increase, the communication also plays a big role and we have to issue bulletins and publish books apart from imparting training to our affiliated organizations.
Our active website is a total success. We are producing a 45 minute documentary film on the activities of our affiliated organizations. Considering all these aspects, and taking into consideration the cost aspect management committee has decided to,
1. Increase renewal fee to 300 from present Rs.100 to all the affiliated organizations which is due on or after 1.4.2013.
In case a renewal fee of Rs.3000/- is remitted as a onetime measure, one need not remit the renewal fee every year.
